COLLECTIONS - Important Information

Please note the following:

• Pick‑ups are available in the evenings from 5pm onwards, due to morning commitments.
• Unscheduled or unannounced pick‑ups are not permitted. A mutually agreed time is required.
• Short‑notice pick‑up requests cannot be accommodated.
• Once your order is ready, you will be notified through the website’s automated system or via SMS/Messenger.
• Pick-up location is TARXIEN and a Google Maps link will be provided via SMS/Messenger, upon confirmation that order is ready.

Clients are kindly reminded that GEORGE CROSS BAKES is a home‑based, part‑time bakery, which means availability for pick‑ups is limited. We do our best to maintain clear communication with all customers so that handovers can be arranged as smoothly and conveniently as possible.

Despite these limitations, every effort is made to ensure that all products are prepared and presented to the highest possible standard, and that all behind‑the‑scenes processes are handled professionally.
