Non-Returnable Items

Since all our products are considered as being 'perishable goods' (in this case, classified as 'food') unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. However, you are encouraged to get in touch should you have any queries or questions about any of our items which you would like to purchase or have already purchased.  We will be more than willing to assist you in any way we can.

Refunds 

It is our policy to request payment in advance when orders are placed via our online store or otherwise.  Clients can settle their payments, via one of the payment methods available at checkout stage.  Orders which are not settled accordingly as per the method chosen, will not be honored and we reserve the right not to fulfill orders either in part or in full if we do not receive the outstanding payments.  This policy excludes the 'Cash on Delivery' payment option, which option is solely at our discretion and may be refused on the basis of 'case-by-case'.  

In the case of orders requiring a deposit, the usual procedure will apply, whereby a deposit of 25% on the final order value will be requested upfront, with the remaining balance payable upon delivery or collection of the order/s. 

Once payments are settled, we will ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely manner and at the best standard of quality.  This includes also our deliveries and pick-ups services and you can refer to our 'Deliveries & Collections of Orders' page https://georgecrossbakesmt.myshopify.com/pages/deliveries-pick-ups for further information.  

We pride ourselves in being as helpful and understanding as possible with our clients and for that reason, going the extra mile when necessary to accommodate requests and orders, is something we are keen on doing, as much as it is feasibly possible.  Whilst we understand grievances and complaints, we encourage our clients to contact us should there be any issues and should any of the raised complaints be deemed reasonable and solid in judgment, we will refund according to our discretion and on a 'case-by-case' basis.
